Stephen F. Austin - Father of Texas Ornament
Finished in red, blue, silver, and gold, and white enamel, this three-dimensional keepsake features Stephen F. Austin, the "Father of Texas," the second in the Republic of Texas Heroes series by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT). Stephen F. Austin led the second and, ultimately, the successful colonization of the region by bringing 300 families from the United States to the Coahuila y Tejas State of the newly established United Mexican States. Later on he was instrumental in supporting the separation from Mexico.
